Liz has over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry in Australia. Liz spent many years as a senior financial planner and other senior roles in the financial advice and compliance space. 

Liz has successfully built and maintained strong client and business relationships during her career and prides herself in meeting and exceeding client requirements whilst implementing continual improvements. 

Liz is a member of the Financial Planning Association and holds and Advanced Diploma of Financial Services. 

Kyle supports our team at QRC via the Milton Business Centre, he has had over 6 years’ experience in corporate administration, serviced offices and front of house services and has worked alongside members of just about every major field and scale.

Having studied Business (HRM) at university and worked in customer facing roles for much of his life, Kyle has a firm understanding and appreciation for customer service, time management strategies and client relations.

Jenny Mulders has had over 25 years experience in the financial services industry both in Australia and in the UK, specialising in Compliance and Regulation since 1992;

Jenny has held Senior Compliance Roles at Citicorp, Lehman Brothers, Suncorp and Wilson HTM before starting QRC in 2007.

Jenny has participated on numerous industry committees including the FPA, SAFAA, ASX, SFA and the Bank of England;

Jenny is a qualified Accountant and is also RG146 compliant.

I partner with clients all over the world. I have worked with clients in Australia, New Zealand, USA, Europe, and Asia. I have been fortunate enough to work with house hold names in services such as coaching, entrepreneurial geniuses, start ups, wedding and events, authors, to name a few.

I love working with people who are searching for more time in the day to get back to curating their own genius and can see the benefit in partnering with an OBM to manage the rest. I love creating procedures, systems and managing teams.

I have been in the online world building my own business for over 10 years. I have worked with many systems and softwares and this has allowed me to think outside the box to create robust processes and procedures and to systemise and strategise business foundations. I manage the core functions of big picture business management by managing my clients day to day projects, operations, teams and client relationships. I love helping to bring my clients ideas, products and services to fruition.

My passion is people and ensuring clients and team member relationships are at their peak to create a harmonious community in all businesses.

I am supported by my own Virtual Support team to action projects and tasks to create growth in my clients business. Of course, if you prefer your own team, I am on hand to manage or build your own teams. I aim to partner with my clients long term, so given my passion for relationships, it is an important part of the “getting to know each other phase” that we have a strong synergy both in business and personal.
